Thank you
for using Network for your back to school requirements. Our prices, customer
service and systems are very competitive and hope you enjoy our customer
experience. The Back to School for your school and Network Educational
Australia runs extremely smoothly due to the experience of the staff and the
processes we have in place. For any queries – please email to info@network-ed.com.au – we can
process your request in an orderly way. Avoid phoning at this busy time as it
will not speed up the positive customer service outcome you require.
Important:
Items are
FIRM SALE – no returns unless item is faulty or incorrectly supplied
Ensure you place your order
before the CUT OFF date – otherwise we cannot
guarantee supply to you in time for the start of school.
All
orders are HOME DELIVERY – make sure
you are in contact with ARAMEX COURIERS if parcel was missed.

To make it easy for you:
The
booklist, which you complete and return by the due date, is processed,
assembled and packed in our warehouse. Any items which are unavailable are
backordered (i.e. recorded) and supplied at no extra cost to the student at
home, or delivery address given, when the item(s) become available.
The
parcel is delivered to your home for collection. If you are not present when
Aramex Couriers arrive at your home, a delivery note will be left with a
contact number to follow-up. We cannot leave parcels unless specific permission
is stated in your order which we can then pass on to Aramex Couriers. Please
liaise with Aramex Couriers direct as they are excellent at support
and is the quickest way to find and collect your
parcel.
Customising booklists for your school
Booklists
are developed co-operatively with your school and designed to your school's
specifications.
I would like to order my booklist online
Booklist
orders can only be placed online if you have a school code and password. Check
your printed booklist - this will tell you your school code, password the
cut-off date for orders, our website address and instructions for ordering,
plus the date your order will be delivered.
Security online
Network
Educational Australia takes steps to ensure that all information we collect,
use or disclose is accurate, up-to-date and stored in a secure environment. We
work to protect the security of your information at all times. Your credit card
details are not seen by our business. Payments are made on the site via
Eway. Only this financial institution processes and validates your credit
card details. Please note that no credit card details for online orders are
kept or seen, by Network Educational Australia staff.
If I order online will it be delivered?
When ordering online all booklists will be
delivered by Aramex Couriers and a signature must be obtained upon receipt of
the delivery.

booklist.
Depending on what methods are displayed on your cover sheet, you can select
from the following:
Please deliver my booklist order to my home, as
indicated on my printed booklist.
Do not use a PO Box number for delivery.
Your booklist will be delivered via Aramex Couriers only.
Delivery cost = $9.90
Freight costs for home delivery
Delivery
is $9.90. If you have more than 1 child and are ordering all booklists at one
time you will be charged for the 1 delivery fee. If
you order on separate occasions you will be charged $9.90 for each booklist
order.
Your
order will be sent Receipted Delivery with Aramex Couriers.
I will be away when my booklist is to be
Home-Delivered: What happens to my pack?
Your
order will be sent via Aramex Couriers and you will be required to sign for
the delivery. Aramex Couriers will not allow neighbours to sign for the
parcel.
If you
are not at home, Aramex Couriers will leave a card advising you to contact
them directly to arrange a better time for delivery.
I have missed the cut-off date. What can I do?
Orders: there is no guarantee that every
item on your booklist will be available at Network Educational's
shop as some items come in and out of stock. Should your prescribed textbooks
be unavailable we can place and order for you. Full payment is required
up-front and you will be sent the orders by courier service – Aramex Couriers.
How long before I receive my booklist web order?
Allow 21
days if no item delays here. We are trying to get your order out immediately
but it is usually within 21 days of placing the order. If it is late it is due
to Network awaiting a delivery of an item from the supplier. We usually ship as
soon as we can process the order – but please realise the volumes of orders
sometimes can stretch this time.
'To
follow' items
Some
items may not be available at the time of picking your order. If this happens,
the item will be charged as part of your original order and delivered to your
home when available at no extra cost.
Do I have to pay when ordering online?
Yes! We
require payment for the orders before shipment.
Online
payment is via credit card. All online transactions are performed via the Eway site. Your
credit card will be debited immediately and you will be provided with a Network
Educational Australia order confirmation number.
FIRM sale - I no longer need some of the items I
ordered on my school booklist. Could you delete them from my list?
We are
sorry, but due to the large numbers of orders we receive at this time of year
we are unable to cancel items from your order. All orders are firm sale as we
cannot cater for cancellations or change of mind. We order and pay for the
items which we ship – we are not the manufacturer.
Do I have to pay for my booklist when handing it in
to my school?
We would
appreciate payment up-front for your booklist. You can pay for your booklist
using credit card (excluding Diners Club) or Money Order. You cannot pay at the
school using cash or EFTPOS.
Can I purchase the goods myself without ordering
online or going through my school?
We have
self-service shop located at 4/498 Scottsdale Drive, Varsity Lakes. Please see
our website www.network-ed.com.au
for trading hours. You are able to select and pay for your items there.
Please
note: If goods
are purchased from our self service shop, we are
unable to guarantee supply of complete booklists. To guarantee receipt of these
items, the customer MUST order through the online system prior to the
cut-off date (i.e. place your order through the website, or order with the school
before the cut-off date).
Can I add additional items to my booklist once I
have submitted it?
Unfortunately, it is
not possible to add items to lists we have received. You can place another
order online and pay by credit card.
Returns policy
Damaged, misbound or faulty goods will be fully replaced if returned
with proof of purchase.
